Methodology

Utilizing assumptions from the healthcare industry and organizations similar in size to Orlando Health, Workday Value Management has drafted this benefits estimate reflecting potential agent value for organizations similar in size to Orlando Health.

Our assumptions leverage knowledge gained from public information, industry benchmarks, and value achieved with Workday’s EA agent customers. Benefits methodology for some agents (ex. financial audit agent) is still under development and therefore not represented here.

The value outcomes listed above, or specific benefits organizations achieve with Workday, are those we expect to be most relevant based on agent capabilities. Please note that value may vary greatly based on agent skills deployed and agent usage (consumption).

Key Assumptions

• Employee count: 37,720 employees • Self-Service Agent: Estimated 102,000 total service calls

annually, 100 agent uses / year by 37,720 employees (50 for HR requests, 50 for non-HR requests)

• Payroll Agent: Estimated 26 pay cycles annually for 37,720 payroll records, estimated 18 payroll practitioners

• Contract Intelligence Agent: Estimated $888M in managed spend across contracts

• Recruiting Agent: Estimated 51,000 applicants screened and scored per year to fill 3,450 open positions

• Please note that the estimates above are purely directional estimates – discovery on agent use cases is a prerequisite to determining which agents and skills an organization may wish to leverage, and employee groups that will have access to these skills. Without these key inputs to determine projected usage, the applicability of estimated benefits is limited.
